Seeing That Frees vs. the MST3K Mantra

A random thought: How would Seeing That Frees relate to the Mystery Science Theater 3000 mantra reinterpreted as a mantra for life? That mantra is: "It's just a show, I should really just relax."

I think they agree on the show part and partly on the relax part. The bits of Seeing That Frees that I got to are all about emptiness and fabrication. So I think there's some agreement on "it's... a show" — this perspective might (?) object to the "just." As for the "I should really just relax," I think that's mixed for similar reasons.
