Ingurgitate

I recently found my way to Sasha Chapin's blog for perhaps the third time and decided to do the only sensible thing: Sweep the archive for posts relevant to my immediate interests and swallow every one of them as quickly as possible. The word ingurgitate comes to mind. Firefox assures me this is not a real word, but I know it is wrong. It would be hard for me to come up with such a delightfully ugly collocation of syllables. It sounds rough, like vomiting.

This is what too-fast, "I want to already have known this" learning feels like, if I pay attention. I was "full" three posts ago. I meant to stop and do other things, but the lure of potential insight taunts me from the dark.

Oh well.
