Writing straight through works for getting words down on an interactive story

Brief trip report about yesterday's idea for how to approach writing interactive fiction: It worked, in the sense that I took that approach and it resulted in me writing stuff and the writing was enjoyable. I only got as far as the writing straight through, not yet the splitting, because I didn't write that much in a night. I find this outcome good enough for now.
